Your account and acceptable use

• Use only your own invited account and keep access to it secure.
• Do not bypass access or security controls, scrape or disrupt the service, submit unlawful or harmful material, or provide material you do not have the right to use.

Learning service

Whyloom provides educational information and feedback. It is not an accredited qualification, professional advice or a guarantee of any personal, academic or employment outcome. Automated feedback can be incomplete or wrong.

You remain responsible for decisions made using the service and may report a product or assessment problem through the available feedback channel.

Content and submissions

Whyloom's content, software, design and branding are owned by GPTAPPLIED PTY LTD or used under licence. You may use the service for your own learning, but may not republish its courses or assessment materials, sell access or build a competing content collection from them.

You keep ownership of material you submit and give us only the permission needed to host, evaluate and investigate it to provide and improve the service. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Notice.

Private Alpha availability

The Alpha may change, contain errors or be interrupted. We may reasonably change, suspend or end a feature, content item or account for product, security, legal or operational reasons. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Rights, law and contact

Nothing in these terms excludes a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to rights that apply elsewhere and cannot be excluded.
